Michelle Taylor

Michelle Taylor-Gentrup came to Hollister from San Jose with her husband Brad in 2003. At the time she was working as a Marketing Rep for a large electronics distributer in the Silicon Valley.  Shortly after their move, an opportunity to work in a new industry closer to home came up. Simply put, it was just too good to pass on. So in March of 2004 Michelle started her new career as a Marketing Rep for Chicago Title. Michelle considers herself extremely fortunate to be a part of the Chicago Title Family. Customer Service is her number one priority and she says “Although some days can be challenging I look at every challenge as an opportunity to grow. I sincerely enjoy working with the many different people within the real estate community.”

Toni Rovella

My name is Toni Rovella, I am a Escrow Branch Manager for the Hollister Branch. I have been in the business for 37 years and have worked for Chicago Title for 33 of those years.   I was born and raised and in Hollister, where my roots are.   My grandparents came to America from Italy and settled in Hollister in the 1930’s had two sons, and ran an Apricot Orchard on Fairview Road; where my Mother resides to this day. I come from a very close family. I have Three Brothers and a Sister that all still live in Hollister along with their families.

I am very involved with the San Benito County Chamber in Commerce as a Director and Ambassador. I was the national philanthropist and Ambassador of the year for 2010.

I take pride in my work and customer satisfaction. It gives me such joy to see the clients walk out of my office with smiles on their faces.  I am very accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure that the customers are satisfied.   I feel that strong communication with all parties is a must for a smooth transaction.

Lisa Evans

Hi my name is Lisa Evans; I have been with Chicago Title for 15 years. I started as an Escrow Assistant in our Cupertino Branch. I was there for 3 years. After I had my first son, I was given the opportunity to transfer to our Gilroy office. I worked in Gilroy for six years. In 2006 I was asked to join our Hollister branch as an Escrow Officer. Being in Escrow is challenging and can be extremely stressful at times, however I love the challenge, and it keeps me on my toes. I learn something new every day. My desk is made up mainly of resale transactions, most of them being short sales. Short sales are my specialty.

I was born and raised in California. I grew up in Morgan Hill. I am the youngest of 3 sisters, whom are also in the title business. My father worked in title for 26 years, as well as, my mother for over 20 years. My father has been a realtor in Morgan Hill for over 15 years.

I met my Husband Ken in college. We have been married for 15 years. We moved to Hollister, 13 years ago. We have 2 boys Tyler 11.5 yrs. and Ryan 9.5 yrs. They are both Honor Roll students and active in sports. I dedicate my weekends and after hours to my family and their activities

I would have to say, two parts of my job that I love equally. One, my clients. I am so thankful to them for the business that they have brought to me. I could not be doing this with out them. Two, I work with great people, and a wonderful company. Chicago Title has been very good to me, and I love being a part of their family.

Aurora Cordova

My Name is Aurora Cordova. I have been in the Real Estate and Escrow business for the last 13 years. Prior to entering Escrow I was a transaction coordinator for a large Real Estate office in San Jose.

I consider myself a part of my branch’s team and strive to help set them apart from others in our industry. Persevering, adapting and assimilating the keys to being a great assistant.

My joy comes when a transaction is closed and all the parties have achieved their goals. That gives me a feeling of completion and satisfaction of knowing that I was part of a successful close.
